Last week the story broke that some absentee ballots from overseas military voters were being rejected due to a missing witness address on a form that didn’t have space for a witness address.

Murdoc received a tip from a reader with a message from the US Army about how these voters can still get their ballot counted. But they must act by close of business on Tuesday, 10/28, Virginia time.
