Last month I pointed out the new replacement trigger for the 10/22 rifle by Timney.
Over at Shooting Illustrated’s Guns and Hunting site, Dave Campbell checks one out and gives us a report. He says of the 10/22:
Out of the box, it is OK for casual plinking and harassing small vermin, but its full capability has often been compromised by the lack of a good fire-control switch.
ALSO: Speaking of rimfires, also check out Campbells’ cure for cabin fever.

Our cabin fever cure out here involves shooting (at) jackrabbits which saves the trouble of carrying them home and putting them in the crockpot. Let the coyotes eat them!
