SHOT: Cerberus NOT to Gobble Up HK?

On Saturday I noted a rumor that there could be a SHOT Show announcement that Cerberus Capital Management is going to acquire Heckler & Koch.
But I haven’t heard another peep about it, and today is the last day of the show.
