Better yet, grab yourself a copy of Enter the Kettlebell (and a kettlebell too of course). http://www.dragondoor.com/b33.html The single most effective training I've ever encountered, sometimes dubbed the AK-47 of the fitness world- crude but effective. I've run, cycled (competitively), swum, lifted a lot of weights, done hundreds of press ups and pull ups and even been put through weeks of gruelling training by the RM's most vicious PT instructors- and kettlebell training brought faster and more noticeable results than all of it combined.
