Sorry Murdoc, but I think the picture attached to that article got you thinking incorrectly. The animals that were shot weren’t in cages, they were waiting at the bottom of the fish ladders for lunch. How the guy/s got six in a row, I don’t know. I was always told the sea lions were smart. Also, these animals were about to be made legal to hunt, but the eco-socialists found a sympathetic judge who disregarded all the federal wildlife agency’s info.
This ain’t about hunting. It is about controlling a destructive varmint that the government will not allow to be controlled for purely PeTA’rd reasons. The person who shot up those Sea lions was probably someone who’s livelihood is dependent on commercial or tribal salmon fishing.
